I always knew that I wanted to teach spirituality. Spirituality and understanding the deep science behind Hinduism was my greatest gift for this human experience.

Kundalini (Sanskrit: कुण्डलिनी kuṇḍalinī, meaning "coiled snake") is the formless Shakti feminine energy located at the base of the spine at the Muladhara or Root Chakra. When Kundalini awakens, a person opens their Chakras to a revolutionary inner journey of self discovery. As Shakti Kundalini rises and moves through the Chakras, She clears away all traumas and limitations which cause suffering. Her ultimate goal is to reach her divine masculine at the Crown Chakra, Shiva and when this happens all polarities within one's consciousness dissolve into Oneness. For some Kundalini Awakening is said to be scary and for others joyful but when facilitaed by an experienced teacher, the person not only has a beautifully guided Awakening but is protected from all negativity which cause fear.
